To reduce the inconvenience caused by individual mailbox full,
system will send alert emails when the usage of individual mailboxes is 80%, 95%, and 100% full.
Users may delete unnecessary emails (and empty the trash) in IMAP or Webmail to free up space, or upgrade to service package.
