AnyDesk is a Remote Control software, compatible to most operating system, e.g. Microsoft Windows
If necessary, we can use AnyDesk to remote support user email setting.
However, user must –
- authorize us to remote-control, and
- provide us AnyDesk login information
If you are the first time to use it, you can download the application first –

Then, you will see the following information, you need to provide us “AnyDesk Your Address” , then we can remote access your computer
When completed, you can close AnyDesk application (no need to install) , or even delete the application file.
For Mac Users, you MUST enable “Screen Recording” , “Keyboard, Mouse” , “Full Disk Access”
