How to use my own domain (e.g. files.abccompany.com) and forward to BizFTP?
Assume you registered a domain (e.g. abccompany.com), and has its own web hosting space (no matter the space is created by Website Solution or other 3rd party provider), you can also use your own subdomain name (e.g. files.abccompany.com) to connect to BizFTP server.
You need to set a DNS record in your current DNS server (pls include the full-stop at the end)
files.abccompany.com. 14400 CNAME abccompany.files.hk.
Afterwards, after 4 – 6 hours, your DNS will be effective, and you can use files.abccompany.com to connect to BizFTP FTP server.
Note:
– It does not support FTP Over SSL, Public Upload, Web Based FTP nor BizFTP Web Control Panel
